Swedish Massage

A type of therapeutic massage that focuses on overall relaxation, improved circulation, and relieving muscle tension. It’s ideal for people new to massage or those simply looking to relax.

What to expect

The therapist uses smooth, flowing strokes with varying pressure, typically lighter than deep tissue massage.

Deep Tissue Massage

A type of massage therapy that focuses on reaching the deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue (fascia) in the body. It's commonly used to treat musculoskeletal issues such as chronic muscle pain, injuries (like strains and sprains), postural problems, and tension from stress

What to Expect

The therapist uses slow, deliberate strokes and deep finger pressure to target the inner layers of muscles and fascia. Techniques often include knuckles, elbows, forearms, and thumbs. May include neuromuscular techniques on trigger points (aka Knots).

Session Lengths
Sessions are available in 60 or 90 minute formats.

A 90-minute session is recommended for a comprehensive full-body treatment, while a 60-minute session is ideal for more focused, specific muscle work.

The final session length will be based on both client preference and therapist approval. Please allow 10 minutes for intake at the beginning of each session.
